Right of Withdrawal

Under EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving the last item in your order, without giving any reason. If the last day of this period falls on a Saturday, Sunday, or public holiday, the deadline is extended to the next working day.

How to Request a Return

You can submit a return request directly through your customer account on pokusa.pet by selecting the relevant order and clicking "Return items." No need to contact customer support. Alternatively, you may contact us at contact@pokusa.pet. 

Returning the Product

After submitting your request, you have 14 days to send the product back. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer. We recommend using a tracked shipping method. The product should be returned in its original condition and packaging. If the product has decreased in value due to handling beyond what is necessary to establish its nature, characteristics, and functioning, we reserve the right to deduct that amount from the refund.

Refund

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase. The refund will include the original delivery costs up to the value of the least expensive standard delivery option we offer.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before it has been fulfilled (shipped). Submit a cancellation request through your customer account.

Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Unsealed products that cannot be returned for hygiene or health protection reasons (e.g. opened supplements)
• Products made to individual specification
