Shipping & Payment for European Union Customers
Pokusa for Health ships premium pet supplements and nutrition to 22 European Union member countries exclusively via DHL Express. All rates below are quoted for orders up to 1 kg (single-package weight); larger shipments are priced per weight tier at checkout.
Shipping Coverage
We deliver to 22 EU countries. The store does not ship to Poland, the United Kingdom, the United States, Switzerland, or any non-EU destination. Polish customers are served by our separate domain.
Rates and Delivery Times by Country
All prices in EUR. Handling time is 1–2 business days (orders are dispatched from our facility in Wieliczka, Poland). Transit time refers to delivery time once your parcel leaves our warehouse.

Order Processing Timeline
Once your order is confirmed and payment is processed, your parcel is prepared and dispatched within 1–2 business days. You will receive an email with a DHL tracking number as soon as the courier picks up your shipment. From the moment the parcel leaves our facility, transit times above apply.
Higher-Weight Shipments
For multi-product orders or bulky items (dry food, large supplement containers), shipping cost is calculated automatically at checkout based on total parcel weight. We use the following DHL Express weight tiers: up to 1 kg, 1–3 kg, 3–5 kg, 5–10 kg, 10–20 kg, and 20–31.5 kg. Heavier orders may benefit from our free shipping threshold (check the cart for current offer).
Payment Methods
We accept the following payment methods, all secured via Shopify Payments:

- PayPal (recommended for cross-border EU payments)
- Klarna (where available — Pay later or split into instalments)
- SEPA Direct Debit (for Eurozone countries)
All transactions are encrypted via TLS and processed in EUR. Your card details are never stored on our servers.
Customs and VAT
All 22 EU countries are part of the European single market. There are no additional customs duties or import taxes on orders shipped within the EU. VAT at the destination country rate is included in displayed prices and the final order total — no surprise charges at delivery.
Returns and Refunds (EU Consumer Rights)
Under EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU), you have 14 days from delivery to return unopened, unused products for a full refund. How long until my order arrives?
Handling 1–2 business days + transit per country in the table above. Most EU customers receive their order within 4–6 business days from placing the order.
Do you ship outside the EU?
No. We only ship to 22 EU member states listed above. Poland, UK, USA, Switzerland, Norway, and non-EU destinations are not currently supported.
Will I be charged customs or import tax?
No. All 22 destinations are within the EU single market. Prices include destination-country VAT — there are no surprise charges at delivery.
What if my parcel is lost or damaged?
Contact us within 14 days of delivery (or expected delivery date) at contact@pokusa.pet. We will file a DHL claim and ship a replacement or refund you in full.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once your parcel is dispatched, you will receive an email with a DHL tracking number and a direct link to the DHL tracking portal.
Do you offer free shipping?
From time to time we run free shipping promotions for orders above a certain threshold (typically €100 within the EU). Check your cart for current offers.
Where do you ship from?
Pokusa for Health products are manufactured by Nikos sp. k. and shipped from our facility in Wieliczka (32-020), southern Poland.
Can I change the shipping address after placing the order?
If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us immediately at contact@pokusa.pet with your order number — we will update the address. Once dispatched, the address can only be changed via DHL with the courier.
